The conditions that apply when research materials are ordered through BioRebirth Labs.

Eligibility and acceptable use
Orders may be placed only by buyers who are legally able to contract and who intend to use the products for lawful, controlled laboratory research. By ordering, the buyer accepts the Research Use Policy and represents that no product will be used in a human or animal body.
Product and pricing information
Product names, images, availability and prices may be corrected or updated. The catalog name does not replace the label or lot documentation. Taxes, shipping charges and available payment methods are shown during checkout where applicable. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the request; an order may be declined or cancelled if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, information appears inaccurate, or the order raises a compliance concern.
Shipping and delivery
The buyer is responsible for entering a complete, deliverable address and for confirming that the order can lawfully be received at the destination. Processing and carrier estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs review, weather and address problems may affect delivery. Read the current Shipping & Returns guidance before checkout.
Receiving and return requests
Inspect each delivery promptly and compare the product, quantity and lot with the order and documentation. Report a missing, damaged or incorrect item to support with the order details. Do not send a return without authorization; eligibility depends on item condition, chain of custody, order circumstances and applicable law.
Documentation and research decisions
Certificates and other analytical reports relate only to the identified sample, lot and tests. BioRebirth Labs does not warrant that a particular material, method or report will satisfy every protocol, institution or regulatory requirement. The buyer is responsible for qualification, method suitability, handling and interpretation.
Website information and liability
Website content is provided for product identification and general research procurement. It is not medical, legal or regulatory advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BioRebirth Labs is not responsible for losses caused by prohibited use, failure to follow documentation or institutional controls, or use outside the stated research purpose. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
